Dear Ink555, I have actually made a purchase back then on Oct 10 Invoice 14859, with the request of having the small catridges being changed to black inks as well. We would like to thank the management for adhering to the request, it has been much appreciated! but currently the catridges could not be read by my printer (MFC-J3720), May I know if an exchanged could be done?
