Hi I get to know SPRINGLIFE from internet and so coincident my ink toner & drum need to be changed. Thus I order online.
I can comments that your delivering staff is polite and patient. And your Manager Mr Stephen Lim is also willing to explain the products to me when I have doubts.

Helpful in coordinating delivery way after office hours, delivery by seller's contractor was prompt. Payment in cash on receipt of goods possible.
Ink quality was good, it does not smudge when highlighter is used.
Unknown know many pages it can cater for as just started using.
