Sent wrong order but replaced it quickly

Received the order wrongly but I only realised after like 3 days as I did not have time to check. Contacted ink555 and got a swift respond telling me they will do an exchange for my correct order. Although, I only realised after opening one of the cartridge, they still gladly exchanged my original order with no charge. Glad for the service and quick response. Keep it up!
