Excellent customer service!!! The product is good! Being a first-time user, I didn't know that I have to remove a plastic tab in order for the ink cartridge to function properly. He was extremely patient explaining all the questions that I asked. He was even ready to send the replacement cartridge should mine became faulty. Eventually, he was able to identify what the problem was and solved all the issues, throughout the whole duration, no questions asked, just possible solutions to help me resolve the problem. Excellent services! Highly recommended, will definitely purchase from them again.

The printed ink smudges more easily than HP ink when a little water touches it.
