Recently I ordered both black n colour cartridge from ink555.  The colour cartridge works fine but not the black ink cartridge. I feedback to Stephen n he replaced another one free. Even then it still didn’t work but Stephen had been so nice n tried to refill the ink for both cartridges. He was so patience and helpful trying to solve the issue. Excellent after sale service.
