Was out of stock and seller informed me of delay and sent by express which was a nice service recovery. Catridge arrived in good order. However it needs to fiddling to get out of "low on black ink" warning as wasn't aware the refilled catridge will not reset the low ink status. Emailed seller who confirmed it will not reset and yo ignore warning. This means won't have any alert in future. Wish this can be improved for refilled catridges.
